This is a picture of Peter’s entire family, his wife and two boys. They were all much younger then and Peter really does look happy.
He had never expressed any interest to me in having children but the desire must have been there because his wife, before they were married, made it very clear to me that she would not be with any many who did not want to have children. She had she said been previously married to a man she said she left because he did not want to have kids.
Peter knew this and he must have wanted to have children as well, to even be with her.
I did not really have contact with them during this era but I suspect they both made excellent parents.
